Because our products are digital downloads that become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final.

Digital Products

Our training programs are delivered electronically in PDF format immediately after payment. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your purchased digital product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.

Incorrect Orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to provide refunds for purchases made in error.
